Blaming or suppressing your ego is a fast way to be at war within yourself - and we want the opposite - all parts of us to be aligned! That's where the power is...
'The ego' isn't the problem - it's our lack of connection to all aspects of who we are that creates the clunkiness... What we can do is work with the parts of us which hinder us from being anything less than conscious, loving, connected and powerful people... so we can be a clear channel for life, love, and our purpose to flow through.

So in this way we can look at all the threads of us as individuals, our lives, and existence itself, and weave them together to find our own personal technique of finding oneness.
Mindfulness practices are a great awareness practice… taking time to tune in and see what’s there is an important step. However, once you’ve become aware of 'that thing', what do you do with it?
The key value in becoming aware of something is that you’re able to do something with it - knowledge is only useful if you use it well, and cognitively understanding something is a world away from a resulting behaviour change.

I used to burnt out regularly, was chronically stressed, avoided my emotional pain and trauma, ignored physical issues and tried to push through it all, unwilling to be vulnerable. It was debilitating health issues and the decision to learn to teach yoga that finally encouraged me connect with myself.
I share all I learn about healing, optimising and human/spiritual experience... to help others on their path.... because it's INNATE, we should all have access to this!
