As with all things personal, it’s a process. A good number of sessions to build a solid practice is around 12, but we usually start with a block of 6 to get going. From there you can see if you want to develop further depending on your journey.
For some clients it may be a period of some months; if it’s part of deep processing, navigating addiction, depression etc.
