Both online courses and face to face workshops are available.


Workshops are open to anyone and are run for both mixed groups as well as some more focused sessions specifically for masculine or feminine energy.

Learn how to meditate... 

Learn how your body works in meditation and how to navigate whatever comes up in life and meditation with a toolkit and practice to support all your individual needs. 

You'll learn the skills to tune in and spot where you're at, process what's there and how to move forward with it...  so you can be the most free, happy and potent you.


This course is broken into 3 modules - totalling 18 weeks - 3 x 6 week blocks. You can do one, two or all three, depending on how deep you want to go. You can start with one and see how you go!


First 6 week online course with 1hr 30m live group call per week - comprising theory and practice, with self study between sessions.
